Terms of use
These terms govern your business’s use of the Tapmenu platform. By creating an account you accept them.
01 The service
Tapmenu is a digital menu platform. It provides a dashboard for items and prices, a public menu page opened by QR or link, and print-ready QR files. We do not take orders and we do not process your guests’ payments.
02 Account and user responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for password security and for the actions of users you add. Using the service for deceptive, unlawful or abusive practices is prohibited.
03 Your menu content
The content you upload — names, descriptions, prices, photos, logo — remains yours. You warrant that you are entitled to use it and grant us only the licence needed to display it on your page.
04 Price accuracy and consumer obligations
The correctness of prices, allergen labelling and any other mandatory information rests solely with your business. The platform neither reviews nor approves menu content.
05 Subscriptions and payment
Billing is per venue, per month, in advance. Prices exclude VAT. You may cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the current period and partial amounts are not refunded.
06 Availability
We aim for high availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The public page is served statically, so it stays reachable even during dashboard maintenance.
07 Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or reputation, nor for damage arising from incorrect content you entered.
08 Termination and data
On termination the public page is disabled and data is deleted within 30 days unless you request an export. You may request a machine-readable copy of your menu at any time.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, unless agreed otherwise in a separate contract.
