Digital menus for hospitality

Your menu opens in two seconds, with no app.

One QR on the table and the guest sees prices, categories and availability in their own language. You change a price from your phone and it applies on the next scan.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, no staff training

Nothing changes in how the floor runs. The menu lives on one page that opens with the camera.

  1. 01

    We set the menu up

Send us your menu exactly as it is — printed, PDF or a photo — and we enter it for you. You type nothing.

  2. 02

    You download the QR

A ready file with your logo and colour: PNG for quick printing, SVG for the print shop with no loss of quality.

  3. 03

    You update it yourself

Change a price, mark something sold out with one tap, or publish the dish of the day. It applies immediately, with nothing to reprint.

FEATURES

Everything a menu needs, and nothing more

A page with no JavaScript

The public page is static HTML with a few KB of CSS. It opens in two seconds even on one bar of signal inside the venue.

Multilingual menus

Greek, English and as many languages as you need, per item — with no per-language charge. Anything not yet translated shows in the language it was written in, leaving no gaps.

Menus on a schedule

Brunch 09:00–13:00, the wine list only in the evening. Guests always see what applies now, and learn the rest exists.

In your venue’s colours

Your logo and primary colour carry into the page and the QR. Contrast is derived automatically, so a light brand colour cannot break legibility.

Print-ready QR codes

One QR per venue, as PNG and SVG. The link never changes, so stickers and stands are not wasted when you change prices.

Analytics without cookies

How many people open the menu, at what hour, in which language, and which categories they browse. No cookies and no personal data from guests.

SPEED

Guests will not wait for a menu to load

The public page loads no framework, makes no third-party requests and does not shift content as it loads. It is HTML and one CSS file — nothing else. These numbers come from real measurements, not estimates.

We do the setup

Send us your menu as it is and we enter it for you — categories, prices, photos. Charged once, based on the size of the menu, and we tell you the amount before we start.

Prices exclude VAT. Printing the QR codes is handled by your print shop — we hand you a ready-to-print file.

FAQ

What people ask first

Does the guest need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR with the phone camera and a simple page opens. No account, no signup, no installation.

If I change a price, do I reprint the QR?

Never. The QR points to a fixed address. Anything you change in the menu applies from the next scan, so stickers and stands stay as they are.

Does it work when the venue’s internet is poor?

Yes, and that was the constraint the design started from. The page carries no JavaScript and photos load progressively, so text and prices appear first.

Who enters the menu the first time?

We do. Send us whatever you have — a printed menu, a PDF or a photo — and we enter it. Setup is charged once and we tell you the amount before we start. After that you make changes yourself from your phone.

Do I need a photo for every dish?

No. Most menus have no photos at all and the page is designed for that: without images the layout opens up and typography carries it, with no empty frames.

Can I run different menus by time or day?

Yes. You set a schedule per menu — brunch 09:00–13:00, for instance — and the page shows what applies while noting when the rest is available.

Who sees guest data?

Nobody, because none is collected. The public page has no cookies, no form and no visitor logging. Your own account data is hosted in an EU data centre.
